We are excited to share the latest construction milestones at Spring Elmas. The project features four iconic towers – Amber, Beryl, Coral, and Diamond – each designed to offer premium living spaces with modern architecture and thoughtful layouts. Work on all four towers is progressing on schedule. Tower A (Amber) and Tower B (Beryl) have reached their 15th floor, while Tower C (Coral) and Tower D (Diamond) are advancing rapidly with framework completed up to the 12th floor. The construction team is focused on quality and timely delivery. Interior finishing is underway in the lower floors of Amber and Beryl, showcasing elegant flooring, modular kitchens, and premium fixtures. The lobbies and common areas are being designed to provide a grand welcome for residents. External development includes landscaping of the central garden, children's play areas, and the swimming pool complex. The clubhouse, which will feature a gym, indoor games, and community spaces, is also taking shape. We are committed to transparency and will continue to provide regular photo updates.
